SOUTH LYON EAST HIGH SCHOOL BOOSTERS FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIPS

If you are a current Senior football player at South Lyon East High School and have completed a minimum of 2 seasons of football, you may apply for the following $500.00 scholarships. Transfer students also qualify.

Essay Scholarship: 

You must write a 250 – 500 word essay on the following subject:  

How Football has helped prepare me for life.

• The essay must be typed and returned in the plain white envelope.
• Your name should only appear on the outside of the envelope, NOT on the essay itself.
• The envelope must be given to Coach Givens by the end of the first semester.

The essay will be judged on its content by the South Lyon East English Department. The winner will be announced at the Senior Honor Assembly in the spring. 

This is a one time scholarship and cannot be renewed.
